(Guidelines for filling up online Registration Form)

Online Registration Form will be available from 9:00 a.m 21st Nov. to 4:00 p.m Saturday 26th Nov. 2022
The Registration Fee (600/- non-refundable) has to be submitted online via any digital payment mode
After submitting the form you will be redirected to the online payment page (Do not click refresh/back button).
Registration Form is downloadable only after payment is made.
After downloading the Registration Form parents need to submit the hard copy in school front office
Submission of the Registration Form does not guarantee admission.
Recommendations from people of any sort will result in the direct cancelation of the child’s Registration Form. The school shall not take any responsibility for any financial interaction between parent and intermediary in the name of granting admission in any class.
The school does not have any donation policy.
The school reserves the right to alter/change the admission/Registration/Verification dates without prior notice in case of any unprecedented circumstances.
Parents are advised to stay in touch with the school website/school front office for further information.
Fill in all the required information as indicated in the form.
Please fill in each entry of the form and write NA for those entries which are not applicable for you.
It is mandatory to mention the Name & Surname/Second name of your child in the Registration Form. (Exactly the name and surname mentioned in the Date of Birth Certificate).
An incorrect entry of Date of Birth for registration will be rejected. No Supporting document for change in Date of Birth will be accepted.
Date of Birth certificate should have proper Q.R Code for scanning.

Eligibility for Admission

Age as on 1st April 2023: -

For Nursery- 2 Years 11 months to 3 years 8 months (born between August, 2019 and May, 2020) For LKG- 3 Years 9 months to 4 years 7 months (born between Sep., 2018 and July, 2019)

Documents to be enclosed with the Registration Form

Kindly Submit the hard copy of online Registration Form along with the following documents from 28th November, Monday to 1st December, Thursday. Timing: 9:00 a.m 12:30 p.m

Copy of online Registration Fee Receipt.
Date of Birth Certificate issued by competent authority at the time of birth
Aadhar card (Front/Back ) of both the parents or any other Govt. approved identity proof.
Hospital discharge certificate or affidavit in case of home birth.
Proof of present residential address.
Sibling (not cousin) proof- photocopy of latest mark sheet of St. Thomas school.

Instruction for photograph

2 x 3 ( height 2’’ , width 3’’) colour photograph of the child along with parents affixed on Registration Form.
Taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance.
Taken in front of off-white/light background.
Taken in full face view directing facing the camera.

Admission Policy & Procedure

Application forms are to be filled in strictly online during the available time period. Admission to Nursery & LKG will be through Observation and Interaction to be held on specified dates. Presence of Both parents on the day of interaction is mandatory. Dates and timing for interaction will be available on our website later and front office.

On being granted admission, the following documents are to be submitted at the Administration office

Original Date of Birth (Issued by the municipal Corporation or any other authorized competent authority). For municipal areas, Municipal Committee/ Municipal Corporation is the competent authority to issue certificates while as for the other areas, it is issued by Registrar of Births and Deaths.
Proof of identity of both the parents( Voter ID Card/Aadhar card/Passport).
Child Immunization Card.

Instruction for filling up online form

Please read the instructions carefully before filling the form to avoid rejection of your form

Please fill in each entry of the form and write NA for those entries which are not applicable for you.
Each field should be filled in lower case letters with first letters in capitals, wherever required. e.g name of the child should be written as ‘Tarun Kumar’ not like ‘tarun kumar’ or ‘TARUN KUMAR’
Original copy of Date of Birth should be carried with on the day of interaction for paper verification.
Please upload proof of identity of both the parents with the registration form.
To avoid rejection, submit registration forms complete in all respect & do not fill more than one form for one applicant.
